As a FL certified General Contractor since 1999 I have constructed, renovated, restored & built in excess of 200,000sf of commercial spaces. I have also built high-end custom residential homes and worked in the development of vacant land in Southwest Florida. In a new and exciting endeavor we are now developing a small private island in Fort Myers that we acquired in 2020.

Since 2000 I have been involved in the construction of restaurants, bars, clubs, and short term rentals. Since 2012 I have been instrumental in the development of a group of 7 successful local restaurants / bars that our group still manages and controls. Currently I am co-developing several new hospitality projects, including restaurant, hotel, Airbnb and marina components.
