REAL ESTATE | Which geographical area do you cover?

I am active in all of Southwest Florida, with a focus on Lee County, Collier County and Charlotte County.
Based in Fort Myers we are within 1 hours of driving distance from pretty much any point in the tri-county area.
Other areas are feasible for consulting and special opportunities. But as much as today's marketing reach is global, the actual Real Estate is still local, so you want somebody with deep local knowledge on your team.

REAL ESTATE | What tools do you use and have access to for your research?

For commercial property research we are using primarily CoStar and LoopNet, for residential Properties we use the MLS. For both types of properties we utilize the property appraiser records, building department and permit records and the database of the local clerk of court. We work together with local real estate and land use attorneys, surveyors, title companies, civil and marine engineers and architects for all more specialized needs.

REAL ESTATE | What type of properties or projects do you specialize in?

In short: After a few decades in the Real Estate business and in several different aspects of it, I have the knowledge to solve and successfully address of lot of different client needs on the commercial as well as the residential side, but regardless of the property type I prefer to work on matters that are challenging in their complexity, value, and/or the deal structure. This is where I can bring the most value for my clients to the table.
