As a native German and Floridian by choice I have lived & worked in Southwest Florida since 1999. Over the years I have gained detailed knowledge about the area and the local market in various aspects of Real Estate, Construction and Investments. My old school work ethic allows me to foremost focus on the goal of every business transaction I am involved in. That holds true in real state as well as it does in construction and in the hospitality industry.
